Board Changes

As was indicated in the Chairman's Statement in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015, Sir Brian Ivory stood down from the Board, and as Chairman, at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 4 April 2016. Peter Moon became Chairman with immediate effect.
