First interim dividend for 2010

The Board of SAINTS announces that it is declaring a first interim dividend of 2.30p (up 2.2% on the corresponding dividend last year) per ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 December 2010, payable on 30 June 2010 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 May 2010. The ex-dividend date is 26 May 2010. The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan and the final date for elections for reinvestment of this dividend is 9 June 2010.
