Delayed Dividend Payment

Due to technical reasons, the despatch of the BACS vouchers/cheques for the second interim dividend of 2.35p payable on 30 September 2011 was delayed. Therefore, shareholders' receiving a cash dividend will receive their payments on the 3 October 2011.It should be noted that the dividend payment date remains 30 September 2011.
