Appointment of Director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Professor Linda Yueh as a Director of the Company with effect from 3 May 2012.
Linda Yueh is an economist, broadcaster and author. A Fellow in Economics at Oxford University and Adjunct Professor of Economics at the London Business School, Linda Yueh is Economics Editor for Bloomberg TV, directs the China Growth Centre (CGC) at St. Edmund Hall, University of Oxford and is an associate of the Globalisation Programme at the Centre for Economic Performance and the International Affairs, Diplomacy & Strategy Research Centre, both at the London School of Economics and Political Science. A Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, Professor Yueh's work examines major economies such as Britain, China, United States, Europe as well as developing countries. Previously, Professor Yueh was an international corporate lawyer. Professor Yueh has advised the World Bank, European Commission, Asian Development Bank, World Economic Forum and is a Non-Executive Director of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust plc and Board Member of London & Partners.
