On 2 February 2018, the Company purchased 4,040,745 ordinary shares at a price of 454.40p.  The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction the Company holds 21,102,140 shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury are 1,400,628,740.
