Dividend Declaration

Further to the Company's Annual Financial Report announcement made on 15th October 2009, the Board of the Company recommended on 15th October 2009 that a final dividend of 6.00p net (2008: 5.00p) in respect of the year ended 31st August 2009 is to be paid on or around 29th January 2010 to shareholders recorded on the Company's shareholder register on 18th December 2009.
