SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce that JTC (UK) Limited has been appointed as Company Secretary and Administrator with effect from 1^st October 2023, replacing Apex Group Secretaries (UK) Limited and Apex Group Fiduciary Services (UK) Limited respectively.
