Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 15 November 2012 that Mr Rui Manuel Silva Carvalho Tripa's holding in the Company had increased by 666,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to 1,333,000 Ordinary Shares.  The increased holding represents 6.88% of SDI's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights.
