SDX is pleased to announce that its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 have been posted to shareholders today.
The Company's AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 20 June 2023 at 38 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 8DP.
