The Company was advised on 1 July 2004 that, following the recent increase in
the issued share capital of the Company, Fidelity International Limited (FIL)
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, no
longer has a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
