Voting Rights and Capital - Update
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and as
an update to the announcement made on 22 December 2006 we would like to notify
the market of the following:
Pursuant to a staff share option exercise a further 1,770 shares were issued and
allotted on 28 December 2006 bringing Sondex's capital to 56,774,668 ordinary
shares with voting rights. Sondex does not hold shares in Treasury. Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in Sondex is 56,774,668.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in Sondex under the FSA's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
