The Company announces that it has sent to shareholders notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company together with the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009.

The AGM is to be held at The Tudor Building, Great Marlborough Street, London W1B 5AH on 9 June 2010 at 11.00 am.
