Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Notice of 2021 AGM

Secure Trust announces that the Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy were sent to shareholders on 8 April 2021, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("2020 Annual Report and Accounts").

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.  Copies may also be obtained by application to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company confirms that the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk .

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday 12 May 2021 at One Arleston Way, Solihull, B90 4LH. Due to the restrictions at the time of publication due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we will not be holding an AGM which can accommodate shareholders attending in person. Shareholders are encouraged to submit the proxy form provided and to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy.  Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM alongside guidance on how to submit questions to the Directors ahead of the AGM.
