Secure Trust Bank PLC ("the Company")

Grant of Awards under the Company's 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan

On 20 September 2021 the Company granted the following buy-out award over ordinary shares of £0.40 each in the Company under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Plan") to the PDMR set out below. The buy-out award has been granted in order to replace awards and a cash bonus forfeited by the PDMR on leaving previous employment.

The award has been granted in the form of an Option with an exercise price per share equal to the nominal value of a share and, subject to the rules of the Plan will vest in three tranches, as follows:

· 26 April 2022 as regards to 3,490 shares;

· 26 April 2023   as regards to 3,773 shares; and

· 26 April 2024 as regards to 4,058 shares.

In accordance with the terms of the awards, the exercise price payable may be waived before exercise.
