2020 Annual General Meeting Voting Results
The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC (the 'Bank' or 'STB') announces that shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of STB held today Wednesday 24 June 2020.
Information about voting at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at: www.securetrustbank.co.uk .
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of Resolutions 11 to 19, which were passed as special business at the AGM, will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm .
In addition, copies of Resolutions 15 to 19 will be filed with Companies House.
