Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 28 February 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 18,692,901 Ordinary shares of 40p each. There are no shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,692,901 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
