Dividend Declaration - Correction

9 December 2015

The Company's dividend announcements on 25 November 2015 (RNS 8131G) and 30 November 2015 (RNS 2786H) should have read that the first dividend was for the period from the Company's Admission on 23 September 2015 to 30 November 2015, and not for the period from 23 September 2015 to 31 October 2015, as stated.  All other details remain unchanged and the announcement of 25 November 2015 should have read as follows:-

"The Directors of the Company today announce the first dividend for the period from the Company's Admission on 23 September 2015 to 30 November 2015:

Dividend amount:	0.6p per Ordinary Share
Ex-date:	03 December 2015
Record date:	04 December 2015
Payment date:	30 December 2015"

It is the Board's intention to declare an additional dividend later this month out of the Company's profit for the period from 23 September 2015 to 30 November 2015.
