The Directors of the Company today announce the first dividend for the period from the Company's Admission on 23 September 2015 to 31 October 2015:

Dividend amount:	0.6p per Ordinary Share
Ex-date:	03 December 2015
Record date:	04 December 2015
Payment date:	30 December 2015

Going forward, the Company intends to pay dividends to shareholders on a monthly basis.
