Additional Listing - 5 November 2012

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 6,275,900 Redeemable Ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading under a Block Listing facility.

The Block Listed shares may be issued from time to time for cash provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued rank equally with the existing Redeemable Ordinary shares of the Company.
