Headline - Appointment of a new non-executive director
The board of Securities Trust of Scotland plc are pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Andrew Robertson Irvine as a non-executive director of the
company with effect from 24th May 2000. Mr Irvine is a chartered surveyor and
is managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle (Scotland) Limited. He has held
the undernoted directorships of publicly quoted companies within the last five
years:
First Optimum PLC (in members' voluntary liquidation)
Ivory & Sime UK Smaller Companies Trust PLC
Ivory & Sime Optimum Income Trust PLC
There are no details on Mr Irvine which require to be disclosed in relation to
paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the listing rules.
