Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) - It has been announced that Charles Berry, a director of Securities Trust of Scotland plc, was appointed as Deputy Chairman of The Weir Group plc, with effect from 1 May 2013. Mr Berry will take over as Chairman from 1 January 2014. He joined The Weir Group plc on 1 March 2013.
