            First Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2009


The directors have announced that the company will pay a first interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2009 of 1.15p per share.  This dividend will be
paid on 5 September 2008 to shareholders on the register on 15 August 2008.
