            Fourth Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008


The directors have announced that the company will pay a fourth interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2008 of 2.15p per share.  This dividend will be
paid on 27 June 2008 to shareholders on the register on 30 May 2008.
