            Third Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008


The directors have announced today that the company will pay a third interim
dividend for the year ending 31 March 2008 of 1.10p per share.  This dividend
will be paid on 14 March 2008 to shareholders on the register on 22 February
2008.
