            Second Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2009


The directors have announced that the company will pay a second interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2009 of 1.15p per share.  This dividend will be
paid on 15 December 2008 to shareholders on the register on 14 November 2008.
