            Third Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2009


The directors have announced that the company will pay a third interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2009 of 1.15p per share.  This dividend will be
paid on 13 March 2009 to shareholders on the register on 13 February 2009.
