            Third Interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2010


The directors have announced that the company will pay a third interim dividend
for the year ending 31 March 2010 of 1.15p per share.  This dividend will be
paid on 30 March 2010 to shareholders on the register on 5 March 2010.
