Admission to the Official List
The Board of Securities Trust of Scotland plc (the "Company") announces today
that 108,141,504 shares have been issued and allotted pursuant to the scheme of
reconstruction of STOS plc (formerly known as Securities Trust of Scotland plc).
The shares were issued at a price of 110.5201p per share.
Following application for admission to the Official List made to the UK Listing
Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading, dealings in
the shares are expected to commence on 28 June 2005 and certificates are
expected to be issued on 4 July 2005
The Board of the Company announces that it has appointed JPMorgan Cazenove
Limited as the Company's financial adviser and corporate broker.
