Transaction in own shares

On 19 August 2020, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 27,513 ordinary shares at a price of 189.0p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 18,156,997 shares in TREASURY and has a total of 104,142,151 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
