Statement re inside information - 1 October 2018

The Directors of the Company confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information known to the Directors and the Company, in the period leading up to the announcement of the Company's interim results for six-month period to 30 September 2018, has previously been, and will continue to be, notified to a Regulated Information Service ("RIS") and therefore dealings by the Company in its own securities are permitted.

If, in the period leading up to the announcement of the interim results, the Directors of the Company come into possession of any inside information, this will be notified to an RIS before any such transactions are undertaken.
