On 16 March 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 43,000 ordinary shares at a price of 138.74p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 81,771 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 122,217,377 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
