On 18 March 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 140p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 531,771 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 121,767,377 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
