On 6 May 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 145,000 ordinary shares at a price of 141.82p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 2,554,388 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 119,744,760 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
