On 8 July 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 1,737,923 ordinary shares at a price of 130.76p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 4,655,311 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 117,643,837 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
