On 15 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 30,858 ordinary shares at a price of 124.26p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,003,540 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,295,608 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
