On 15 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 132.15p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 8,654,735 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,644,413 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
