On 25 January 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 124.04p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 6,683,803 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,615,345 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
