On 16 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 27,271 ordinary shares at a price of 124.91p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,030,811 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,268,337 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
