On 17 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 125,000 ordinary shares at a price of 132.61p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 8,815,564 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,483,584 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
