On 19 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 126.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,315,192 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 114,983,956 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
