On 2 June 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 2,253 ordinary shares at a price of 133p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,976,449 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,322,699 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
