On 2 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 51,232 ordinary shares at a price of 124.6p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 6,771,241 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,527,907 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
