On 15 July 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 2,603 ordinary shares at a price of 150.51p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,113,326 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,185,822 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
