On 18 July 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 8,045 ordinary shares at a price of 151.20p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,121,371 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,177,777 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
