On 6 June 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 138 ordinary shares at a price of 134.98p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,976,587 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,322,561 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
