On 30 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 135.15p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,243,835 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,055,313 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
