On 31 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 89,827 ordinary shares at a price of 134.79p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,333,662 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,965,486 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
