On 1 April 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 55,357 ordinary shares at a price of 133.94p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,389,019 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,910,129 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
