On 10 June 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 134.22p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,056,873 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,242,275 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
