On 5 April 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 175,215 ordinary shares at a price of 134.65p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,605,674 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,693,474 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
